For accurate results, it is essential that samples are fresh and reach the laboratory the following day. This is easily achieved by posting samples on the same day they are collected, ideally using the last post during the working week.

There are no hidden costs—everything is included in the kit price. Please note that horses should not have been wormed within 10–14 days prior to testing to ensure reliable results.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our aim is to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the next working day (not inc bank holidays and weekends). Any orders placed after that time will be dispatched on the next available working day.
